The strip mall is located at the entrance Ha’Hula Lake and contains two parts: The round part of the building contains a visitor center with a gallery and coffee shops facing the Hula Valley View and the Hermon Mt. The linear part contains an indoor street of fashion shops and restaurants on one side and lounge areas on the other side that overlook the view of the Naftali Mountains.
